Solar Chamber

UV aging test chambers, Xenon Lamp Solar Chamber, Full Spectrum Solar Chamber

Light aging test chambers are divided into UV aging test chambers, xenon lamp aging test chambers, and sunlight simulation test chambers; they are generally composed of a chamber, a lighting system, a temperature control system, a humidity control system, a spray system (some test chambers have them), and a control system. They mainly simulate sunlight radiation in the natural environment, especially ultraviolet radiation, and can control environmental factors such as temperature and humidity to accelerate the aging process of materials. By setting different light intensities, spectral distributions, light exposure times, and temperature and humidity conditions, the performance changes of materials or products under light environments can be examined, thereby evaluating their light aging resistance.

The focus is on strengthening the effect of ultraviolet rays on materials. The aging speed is relatively fast, and the material can show obvious aging phenomena in a relatively short period of time. The material’s resistance to ultraviolet rays can be quickly evaluated.

The aging speed is between that of the sunlight simulation test chamber and the UV aging test chamber. Since its spectrum is closer to natural sunlight, the aging effect is closer to the actual outdoor environment, but the aging speed is faster than that of natural sunlight.

It simulates the aging process under natural sunlight conditions. The aging speed is relatively slow and the aging intensity is equivalent to natural sunlight. It can reflect the long-term aging performance of materials in actual outdoor environments.
