PW-UCS80-40A High & Low Temperature Tensile Tester

High and low temperature tensile testing machine for rubber, plastic, polymer and adhesive materials. Test tensile strength, elongation and compression properties under high temperature, low temperature and humidity conditions.

III. Measuring Components:

Load Cell: Complies with ASTM-E4 standards, with an error range within 0.5% of capacity. It uses a bridge circuit for sensing output and is capable of conducting both tensile and compressive tests.

IV. Software Features

The measurement and control system is the latest development from 2020, also known as the International Version. It reflects the latest requirements of global users for testing machines. The system is powerful and user-friendly, with features including language conversion, automatic translation of test data, unit conversion, standard management, specimen shape management, test personnel management, data processing, and report generation.
Developed using Microsoft’s latest development tool, Visual Studio, it is compatible with the new generation of operating systems like Windows/Vista. It meets the needs of over 90% of regions and populations worldwide, fully supporting the international requirements of testing machine manufacturers and users.

 

V. Software Section

  • Language Support: Supports Chinese and English text. The application and data (stored in Access database) are automatically translated at any time.
  • Units of Measurement:           Metric (N, kN, mm, MPa, etc.)               Imperial (Lb, kP, Inch, kpsi, etc.)                     Old System (g, kg, Ton, cm, kg/cm², etc.)
  • Testing Standards Supported: ISO, GB, ASTM, DIN, JIS, etc., with the ability to add more at will. Testing methods are centrally managed for easy use.
  • Report Format: Based on Crystal Reports and VS.Net reports, exportable to Word, Excel, and PDF documents. The reports are rich in text and images and can include the user’s LOGO image.
  • Curve Function: Curves can be moved and zoomed freely, with markers for important parameters and parallel lines for the E value. They can be printed separately (in high resolution) or exported as image files (in BMP or JPG format); 169 types of theoretical curves are available.
  • User-Level Management: Ensures secure management and convenient use of the software and data.
  • Graphical User Interface: The interface can be modified to differentiate between users, and display areas can be set to show or hide.
  • Re-development Capability: Parameter calculations are written in VBS scripts with open-source code, independent report files are written in Crystal Reports, and system parameters are stored in the database, facilitating re-development by advanced users.
  • VBS Scripting for Control Processes: Control parameters are diverse and include user-defined inputs and outputs, expanding the versatility of the testing machine.
  • Integrated System Settings in the Main Program: Includes initial system setup, standard creation, specimen shape management, and field management, making debugging more convenient.
