Description

PW-UCD128A-40A High & Low Temperature Tensile Tester

Widely used in industries such as rubber and plastics, polymer materials, adhesives, and adhesive tapes. It is suitable for testing the tensile strength, elongation, Poisson’s ratio, planar compression strength, and compression ratio of materials under various conditions, including ambient temperature, low temperature, and high temperature. The ambient temperature mode can be switched on conveniently and quickly, allowing for a single machine with multiple uses.

The constant temperature and humidity tensile testing machine is a specially modified model for environmental testing. Equipped with a constant temperature and humidity chamber, it can test the physical properties of materials, such as tensile force, compressive force, tear strength, shear force, peel strength, unwind force, and tack (ring method), under different humidity and temperature environments. For ambient temperature testing, the constant temperature and humidity chamber can be moved aside to increase usable space and convenience.

II. Software Features

The measurement and control system is specifically designed for microcomputer electronic universal testing machines, microcomputer hydraulic universal testing machines, and microcomputer presses. It can perform tensile, compression, bending, shear, tear, and peel tests. A PC and interface board are used for data acquisition, storage, processing, and printing test results. It can calculate parameters such as maximum force, yield force, average peel force, maximum deformation, yield point, and elastic modulus. It supports curve processing, multiple sensors, a graphical interface, flexible data processing, and MS-ACCESS database support, making the system more powerful.
