The test chamber incorporates a durable PVC construction supporting up to 60 °C and a SUS304 saturated air barrel ensuring heat and pressure resistance. It enables salt spray test chamber applications across industries with reliability.
Precise Salt Fog Control
This salt fog test chamber employs a two-stage air supply system—rough (2–2.5 kg/cm²) with oil-water filtration and precise adjustment (1 kg/cm², ¼ PT). The salt fog produced offers uniform atomization without crystallization, enabling continuous salt spray corrosion test chamber use. Spray rate is adjustable between 1–2 ml/80 cm²/hr (16-hour average volume), ensuring consistent testing environments.
Intelligent Thermal and Safety System
Temperature control ranges from RT+ 5 °C to 55 °C in the test chamber, and higher in the saturated air barrel during corrosion tests (e.g. 50/63 °C).
