PW Series All-in-One Programmable Heating Muffle Furnace
All-in-one programmable heating muffle furnace ( PWC-1.5-10), features a ceramic fiber inner lining and high-temperature furnace wire heating elements. It is energy-efficient, consuming only one-third of the energy of a conventional high-temperature furnace. The furnace heats up quickly, with the ability to reach 1000°C within 10 minutes and maintain precise temperature control with zero error. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel with a sprayed plastic finish, making it lightweight and compact, weighing only one-fifth of a traditional high-temperature furnace.
The control system of the PWC-1.5-10 furnace employs a fully automatic multi-band LTDE programmable instrument with adjustable heating rates. The PID + SSR system ensures synchronized and coordinated control, making it possible to achieve consistent and reproducible results in experiments. The furnace is equipped with automatic temperature control and time control functions, as well as a secondary over-temperature protection feature for enhanced safety. The control panel is located at the bottom of the unit, and the electrical connections between the furnace and the controller are pre-installed at the factory, allowing the device to be used immediately upon connection to a power source.

Temperature Control System

Furnace Structure and Materials
3.1 Furnace Shell Material: The outer shell of the Integrated Programmable High-Temperature Furnace PWC-1.5-10 is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel, treated with phosphate film and high-temperature sprayed plastic in computer gray color.
3.2 Furnace Chamber Material: The chamber is constructed from high-radiation, low-heat-storage, lightweight fiber panels assembled in a six-sided structure, which is resistant to thermal shock and energy-efficient.
3.3 Insulation Method: Air cooling.
3.4 Temperature Measurement Port: The thermocouple enters through the upper rear part of the furnace.
3.5 Electrical Connection: The heating element terminal is located at the lower rear part of the furnace.
3.6 Controller: Located at the bottom of the furnace, with an integrated control system and compensating cables connecting to the furnace body.
