Ozone test chamber can be used for rubber products such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, and cable insulation sheaths. These products are exposed in a sealed, light – free environment with a constant ozone concentration in the air and a constant temperature test chamber, under static stretching or continuous dynamic stretching deformation, or under alternating deformation of intermittent dynamic stretching and static stretching. The samples are tested at predetermined times. The ozone aging resistance of the rubber is assessed based on the degree of cracking or other performance changes that occur on the surface
of the samples.
