Long-term stability evaluation: simulate the long-term use scenarios of electronic products in different temperature and humidity environments, and place the electronic equipment under set temperature and humidity conditions (such as 40℃, 75% RH) for thousands of hours of continuous operation. During this process, monitor the stability of various performance indicators of the equipment, such as voltage, current, signal output, etc., to evaluate the reliability of the product during long-term use and predict the service life of the product.
Temperature and humidity cycle test: by setting the cycle change of temperature and humidity, such as from -20℃, 20% RH to 60℃, 80% RH repeatedly. Simulate the seasonal changes, day and night temperature differences, and environmental changes in different climate zones experienced by electronic products in actual use, detect the stress effects caused by thermal expansion and contraction and humidity changes in the internal materials of the product, and check whether there will be problems such as loose solder joints, broken circuits, and shell deformation, so as to evaluate the durability of the product.
