PW-SAFT10-0A Constant Temperature and Humidity Retention Force Testing Machine

This tester is used to test the blocking resistance of specimens, measure the holding power of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, and conduct static load tests. In a simulated constant temperature and humidity environment, it automatically times the duration for which the tape remains adhered under a specified load to determine the adhesive aging performance of the tape. When the tape falls off the steel plate, the timer automatically retains the test time, which is used to evaluate the adhesive durability of the tape in a high-temperature environment.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning: Keep the machine clean at all times. Wipe with a cotton cloth before and after each use.

3. Lubrication: Lubricate transmission parts (e.g., screws) monthly with general-purpose lubricant.
