Description
PW-CTH80-40 Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber
The A Series Energy-Saving Programmable Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a new model recently launched by PW INSTRUMENTS(GUANGDONG) CO., LTD. It features a Sanyo compressor group from Japan, paired with a Saginomiya electronic expansion valve. The chamber utilizes a controller independently developed by PW Instruments that employs an electronic driving method to control the flow rate of the electronic expansion valve. This technology reduces the heating power of the heating elements and humidifying tubes, thereby minimizing energy consumption. It also effectively reduces the water usage during humidity testing, ultimately lowering the costs of electricity and pure water. The chamber’s structureseparates water and electricity to prevent short circuits and personal injuries. With modular control technology, the refrigeration system is optimized to be more streamlined with lower failure rates. It effectively controls the high temperature or frosting issues caused by the return air temperature in the compressor, reducing compressor failures and extending its service life. Under temperature and humidity testing conditions, the chamber provides more stable temperature and humidity, and superior performance.
