Application:
This equipment can be used for various materials to simulate sunlight artificial ageing test and light resistance, weather resistance colour fastness, light and sweat resistance compound colour fastness test, etc. By setting the test chamber xenon lamp irradiation energy, temperature, humidity, spray, xenon lamp light and dark alternating conditions, to provide the standard need to simulate the natural environment, to test the material fading, aging, softening, hardening, cracking and other performance changes.
Features:
- Exposure method: Adjust tray up and down, the tray is about 10 degrees tilt angle to prevent spraying water from samples.Three-dimensional space can test 3D specimens;
- Light source system:Apply imported long arc xenon lamp, high-intensity, 1.8KW professional AC air-cooled xenon arc lamp;
- Filter: Apply specialized filter components, and the filtered spectrum fully conform to GB, FZ, AATCC, ISO, JIS, ect. (as the picture)
- Irradiance control: Digital setting of light intensity , real-time monitor, self-regulation,meet the stability requirements of different standards for the test light source( can switch to 420nm, 340nm, 300-400nm or 300-800nm single-band monitoring)
- Temperature control: Blackboard thermometer (BPT), Black scale thermometer(BST), can switch to air temperature (CHT) and samples test at the same station. Reflecting the situation of samples test actually, and tested data is displayed on color screen as numbers, forms, curves, ect. by CPU . No need to stop observing.
- Humidity control:Energy-efficient Nanotechnology and PTC high temperature double humidification system, and minimal water consumption is 0.5L/min, and humidity test is accurate and stable.
- Spray system: When the test need spraying, high pressure spray an umbrella spray. Stimulating natural rain effect, amount of rain is 0.4L/min.
- Data output mode: The apparatus equip with USB, which can directly apply tested data from USB drives as EXL form document , and acquire it in the computer.
- Data display mode: 7-inch WEINVIEW super color touch display control, support Chinese and English, various testing monitor modes(numbers, curves, forms), simply control, direct and clear.
- Standard setting: There are built-in 11 groups programs, which can adjust AATCC, ISO, GB, JIS, ect. And keep forever. Just choose to enter and start the trial.
- Energy conservation: Use brand-new USA technological aging chamber designed tech. The power of apparatus and noisy energy conservation of running parts are both low.
- Endurance running: A time of test can continuously run over 1,000 hours, satisfy material aging test of special field.
