Continuous Laboratory Coater introduction:
It is a mini hot melt adhesive coating and laminating machine with a high-precision modular coating station structure assembly, which can be used for continuous coating proofing or small-scale production. The hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive can be directly coated on the heat-resistant substrate, or coated on the release paper and then the adhesive film can be transferred and laminated on different surface materials, such as paper, non-woven fabrics (non-elastic), plastic models, metal films, etc.

The whole machine is a high-precision modular coating station structure assembly.
Use the dial indicator as the dividing head to accurately fine-tune the upper and lower rubber wheel coating gap to control the coating thickness. The minimum glue thickness is 0.01mm. After the thickness is set, the rubber wheel can be indirectly locked to prevent the gap from changing.
The maximum coating width is 300mm (effective coating width 280mm). The walking width is adjusted by two Teflon baffles in the glue tank. It can be coated with unlimited length and automatically rolled.
Forward and reverse stepless speed change, the best coating speed: 4.5m/min (speed 2-4.5M/MIN adjustable) The unwinding reel can adjust the knob to change the tension of the unwinding. The rewinding reel can adjust the mechanical tension control to collect.
The heating rod, the upper glue wheel and the glue groove can be quickly disassembled and separated from the machine body to remove the residual glue.
