Cabinet Structure and Materials:

  • Outer Cabinet Material: The outer box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel, treated with phosphoric acid film salt and then sprayed with high-temperature plastic coating, with blue doors and white body.
  • Chamber Material: It features a mirror-finish stainless steel interior, detachable stainless steel electropolished shelves, tempered glass observation window.
  • Internal Structure: The rational air duct structure and gentle airflow circulation design, along with fan-forced circulation, achieve a full-range three-dimensional heating effect, ensuring good temperature uniformity within the working chamber, and a unique geometric cavity clean design.Insulation Material: High-density glass fiber cotton is filled in the insulation layers on the front, back, left, right, top, and bottom of the box.
  • Sealing Method: The door and the working chamber are sealed with high-temperature resistant silicon rubber sealing strips to ensure the sealing of the working chamber. The inner panel of the door is made of stainless steel. A double-layer tempered glass observation window is located on the door, providing transparent insulation for observing changes in the samples inside the box. There is an air intake hole and a safety vent hole on the back of the box, and the size of the air vents can be adjusted through the panel knobs.
